Influence Society has helped hundreds of extraordinary hospitality businesses over the last five years. Our team has grown to twelve plus a dozen more partners, freelancers, and consultants. When COVID hit, we quickly committed to being fully remote– just the first step towards a new model we've been considering for a while. The goal is to create a hybrid working model. 100% Work From Home doesn't work, nor does being stuck in an office 100% of the time. That's the old agency image and we're all about the new.

Then it hit us: That hybrid work environment was right in front of us all along– our clients themselves! We love to travel and excellent hospitality, why not work out of the businesses we serve? This realization led us to create Remote Society.

Remote Society fulfills a number of purposes for Influence Society:

First, we want to hire the best in the biz. And the best in the biz don't want to work in an office, they want flexibility.

‍

Second, we should know our clients and industry intimately. How do we do that? By being there, close to the frontlines, and experiencing it all in person. This is crucial for everyone on our team.

Third, we want to grow our hotel marketing movement to more countries and continue to grow Influence Society's reach.

On that note, we're hiring!

‍

We're looking for two interns, ideally based in France or Spain. One will assist our Traffic Manager and the second will help the Social Media team.

‍

We're also looking for more Strategists and Digital Marketing Managers to join our team!
