La Petite Plage, Annie Famose

My name is Guillaume Pipaud. I have been the general manager of La Petite Plage in Saint-Tropez for 4 years. La Petite Plage is the first project born from the collaboration between the Annie Famose group and Éric Frechon.

The concept has been expanded to three destinations, including Biarritz and Saint-Barth. Here, we are located right on the port of Saint-Tropez, facing the yachts with our feet in the sand. What makes the Saint-Tropez location unique is its 'cabane chic' style, featuring bougainvilleas on the ceiling and sand on the floor. We use many noble materials, such as wood and wicker, which evoke the very soft tones of summer.

Our summer cuisine is signed by Éric Frechon, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France and former three-star Michelin chef. The menu is crafted around Mediterranean flavors in the broadest sense, drawing from multiple influences—ranging from dishes made for sharing and wild-caught fish to meats cooked with spices.

One of the wonderful things about this establishment is that every year, during the Saint-Tropez event 'Les chefs fêtent les producteurs' (Chefs Celebrate Producers), we have the privilege of hosting a charity lunch. This event brings together Michelin-starred chefs and local producers. During this charity lunch, everyone lends a hand to organize a magnificent event at La Petite Plage in Saint-Tropez. Every year, all proceeds from this lunch are donated to the Solidarité Paysans association.

Our clientele comes from all over the world, sharing a love for gastronomy and fine wines. We also welcome many locals, all coming together in a chic and relaxed atmosphere.
