My name is Aurélie. I have been the daytime manager of the restaurant Le Café, located on Place des Lices in Saint-Tropez, for 4 years. My name is Valentin, and I have been the general manager of Le Café on Place des Lices in Saint-Tropez for 6 years.

Le Café in Saint-Tropez is a true institution that dates back to 1789. It is a Baroque Provençal brasserie that we have reinvented, featuring a piano bar and traditional French-Provençal gastronomy. You can also find us in the mountains, in Megève and Courchevel, as well as under the sun of Saint-Barthélemy.

Across all Le Café locations, you will find authentic, traditional French cuisine. We feature classics like frog legs, pâté en croûte, sweetbreads, œufs à la neige (floating island), and deviled eggs (œuf mimosa). Every evening, you can enjoy a piano bar atmosphere with singers performing French classics, followed by a DJ set until 3 a.m.

First and foremost, we are fortunate to be open year-round. We have a loyal local clientele that brings the restaurant and its atmosphere to life every single night. The special touch of Le Café is undoubtedly our piano bar.

Our singers and musicians perform the greatest French song classics every evening, getting guests from all horizons to sing and dance along. They mingle with the locals, creating that very special atmosphere unique to Le Café. We are also lucky enough to welcome French and international celebrities who often surprise us by grabbing the microphone to sing along with us, the artists, and the guests.
