Henrietta Hotel is the first London-based hotel from the collective behind Experimental Group. Inspired by the surrounding streets of Covent Garden with a nod to Italian design, the 18 bedrooms & suites of The Henrietta Hotel are each unique, combining fabric panels, marble, carpet and hand built bedheads.

We were able to set up a real strategy for the opening, with targeted advertising, an emailing campaign to the group’s customers to discover the new establishment, offers and games competitions to celebrate the arrival of Henrietta. This winning strategy paid off: it became the most popular hotel in London on Instagram and its occupancy rate was excellent.
